"Dude that shot will get you sponsored right away!" was the first thing that was said when we came up to our second hit of the day. We shot at a local hotel on the golf course. Myself and my good friend and our filmer, Brandon Schmidt, were setting up to shoot on a silo on the course at about 230ish when the riders gave up on it. We then started our build on a jump with a 10ft gap. As small as it was kids threw down from backside tailgrab 3's to 1 footers! Soon enough the skier, Mike Bartone saw a tree hap down the hill a little, and we immediately went to build. We grabbed the gear and road down to the spot. The hit took about a half hour to build and soon enough we had 3 kids up on the hill to test it out. But Nick Sisco was the first to hit it with a tailtap to faceplant. We then had Bryan Watson hit it, his first try smashing into and falling from the tree while landing his second try. Darkness rolled in, the flash was dying and the camera couldnt see nor could the riders so we packed up and rolled out.

TransAM!
Hey ya'll, sorry its been a while. Been so busy with school and work havent done much shooting. But this past weekend i got the ability to shoot High Cascades and Transworld Snowboardings, TransAM in Jack Frost Big Boulder, PA. It was a great day. Kids were throwing down all over. From the backflips over the transworld volcano to gapping the ride/wedgie snowboards down rail to michael jacksoning the zumies table on their house set up. They had a dakine ledge, transworld volcano, giro down rail, oakley up rail, ride down rail, and the zumies house set-up. And as we saw, kids threw down on every single one of them. We started with 100 contestants going during the traffic hour, an hour of dropping and hiking then dropping again, and if the judges liked what you did, you were one of the lucky 40 to get a bib for the finals.

A day of firsts
Well we went out tonight and shot some street snowboarding. It was a night of firsts for me. First street shooting, first run in with the cops, first time getting kicked out of places for shooting. But a hella lot of fun all at the same time. We pulled up to Legends resort around close to 5 tonight. Started scoping it all out, and finally decided on a handrail. But then we were told to leave. So we stopped home, grabbed some shovels and rope, and headed on over to a Donkey rail at Maple Grange. Built a perfect lip coming up to it, and spent about an hour setting it all up, when a car pulled in. Thinking we were screwed we packed up and waited: nothing. So we get a brotow going and get some shots in. I thought it went pretty well, and heres some shots

Good music, Small Venue, Hundreds of People.
Well this past friday night was a show at our local venue Ricky's Barn. It was the CD release show for my good friends band To Kill the King. Along with them they had Freshman Sunday, My Only Escape, Sleeping at the End of the World, The Title and Fall to the Queen playing. Let me tell you, it was definately a show to not miss. A small venue, with 350+ people, and amazing music. What could be better? Well heres some of my favorites that i shot:
